Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

• Free shipping is available for orders over RM200.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our carrier’s website or by clicking the link in the email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

JAYE is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you encounter an issue, please contact us at myjayeglobal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll assist in resolving the matter.

Address Changes

Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
